A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We will migrate your web site(s) to our high–end cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We have competent administrators whose sole task is to make certain that your web site functions exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular web applications like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are lots of factors to consider – the total number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. That being said, we do our best to carry out all web site migrations in a 48–hour window. Less sizeable websites are transferred much faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: While we move your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all traditional Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
